Profile visits
LinkedIn profile visit automation that makes your name familiar first
A profile visit is the softest touch on LinkedIn: the prospect sees your name in “who viewed your profile” and often looks back. ReachPods visits profiles at a human pace, reads each profile and employer page while it’s there, and uses what it learns to personalise and route the rest of the sequence.

Overview
The first touch that asks for nothing
Before anyone accepts an invitation from you, they check who you are. A profile visit flips that around: you show up in their notifications first, without asking for anything. Curious prospects look back at your profile, and some invite you before you invite them.
In ReachPods, Visit profile is a step like any other, usually the first one of a LinkedIn sequence. It runs inside the account’s working hours with random gaps between actions and its own daily limit, 80 visits per account by default.
A visit is also the moment ReachPods learns the most about a lead. It reads the profile (headline, about section, experience, recent activity), the employer’s company page (industry and size), whether the lead is already connected to that sender and whether they have an open profile. Templates, the AI and conditions further down the flow all use that data.
Who viewed your profile
Appear in “who viewed your profile” before you send anything
Each visit is a real profile view from your account, so the prospect sees your name, headline and photo in their notifications. Combined with a follow and a reaction to their latest post, it builds the familiarity that turns a cold invitation into a warm one.
Spread visits across days with wait steps and they look exactly like what they are: genuine interest from someone in their space.
- Real views from your account
- First step of a warm-up sequence
- Paced with random gaps
- Working hours only

Enrichment on visit
Enrich LinkedIn leads with profile and company data on every visit
While visiting, ReachPods reads the profile and stores the employer’s company page. That makes {{industry}} and {{company_size}} available to your templates, and gives the AI real material: the about section, current role and recent posts.
Fields you edit by hand are locked, so later syncs never overwrite your corrections. The same enrichment can also run in bulk right after a lead import, using the account’s profile-view budget so it never crowds out campaigns.

- Company industry and size

Connection detection
Detect existing connections and skip the invitation
If the visit shows the lead is already a first-degree connection of that sender, the relation is stored per sender and the flow can skip the invitation entirely. With several LinkedIn accounts in a campaign, the account that is already connected is preferred for that lead.
The visit also refreshes the lead’s open profile status, so a later InMail step knows whether it can send for free.

How it works
LinkedIn profile visit automation: how it works in four steps
- 1
Start with a visit
Make “Visit profile” the first step of your LinkedIn sequence.
- 2
Wait a day
Add a wait so the visit and the next touch don’t land in the same minute.
- 3
Personalise with what it learned
Use {{industry}}, {{company_size}} and AI variables in the invitation note.
- 4
Route by connection
Already connected? Message. Not yet? Invite with a note.
Who it’s for
LinkedIn profile visit automation: who it’s for
Warm-up sequences
Visit on day one, react on day two, invite on day three. Acceptance rates climb when your name is familiar.
Account-based outreach
Visit every stakeholder at a target account so your name keeps showing up across the buying committee.
Data-hungry AI personalisation
Visits give the AI the about section, role and company details it needs to write a specific note.
FAQ
LinkedIn profile visit automation: questions and answers
Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.
Does the prospect see that I visited their profile?
Yes, visits are real profile views from your account, so they appear in “who viewed your profile” unless the prospect’s own settings hide viewer details.
How many LinkedIn profiles can I visit per day?
ReachPods defaults to 80 profile visits per account per day, inside working hours and with random gaps between actions.
What data does a visit collect?
Profile details such as headline, about section, experience and recent activity, the employer’s industry and size, connection status with that sender and open-profile status.
Can I import people who viewed my profile?
Yes. The profile viewers import brings recent viewers into a lead list (the full list requires LinkedIn Premium).
Will enrichment overwrite fields I edited?
No. Fields you change by hand are locked and future syncs leave them alone.
