Overview

Outreach only pays off when you answer fast

The moment a prospect replies is the moment that matters. When replies are scattered across several LinkedIn accounts, a few mailboxes and a WhatsApp on someone’s phone, some get answered late and some never. The more senders you rotate, the worse it gets.

The ReachPods inbox pulls every conversation from every connected account into one list, in real time. Each thread shows which account it came through and which campaign the lead is in, so you always reply as the right person with the right context.

Replying, reacting, labelling and archiving all happen in the same place, and every reply automatically stops that lead’s sequence, so nobody receives a “just bumping this” after they already said yes.

Reply anywhere

Answer with text, files or a voice note, on any channel

The composer works the same on every channel. Type a reply, attach a file, or send a voice note. React to their message with an emoji. Pull a thread’s full history from the provider when you need the earlier context.

Everything the provider tells us is shown: attachments, reactions, edited and deleted messages, and delivered and seen receipts. Conversation state stays in sync with the original app, so it doesn’t matter whether a teammate answered from the inbox or from their phone.

  • Emoji reactions
  • Delivered and seen receipts

Stop on reply

A reply stops the sequence, even mid-step

Replies arrive from the providers as webhooks within seconds. The moment one is received, the lead’s enrollment is marked replied and every remaining step is cancelled, on every channel.

There is no race condition. Every action re-checks the lead’s status right before it is sent, so even if a follow-up was being prepared at the exact second the reply arrived, the reply wins and the follow-up is never sent.

  • Webhook-driven, near real time
  • Cancels steps on every channel
  • Re-checked right before each send

Organise

Labels, archive and the lead’s whole story alongside

Label each conversation as interested, meeting booked, not interested or follow up later, and archive the ones that are done. Filter by sender account to work through one rep’s or one client’s replies at a time.

Next to each conversation sits the lead’s timeline: profile visited, invitation sent, accepted, message seen, email opened, link clicked. You know exactly what they’ve already received before you type a word.

If your LinkedIn accounts manage company pages, messages sent to those pages are labelled too, with a mailbox filter to separate them from personal conversations.

  • Pipeline labels and archive
  • Full lead activity timeline
  • Company page conversations labelled
  • Filter by sender account

How it works

Unified sales inbox: how it works in four steps

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Every connected LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram account syncs its conversations automatically.

  2. 2

    Replies stream in

New messages appear in real time, tagged with channel, account and campaign.

  3. 3

    Answer in context

Read the lead’s timeline, reply with text, files or voice, and label the conversation.

  4. 4

    Sequences stop themselves

Any reply ends that lead’s automation, so your follow-up is always a human one.

Who it’s for

Unified sales inbox: who it’s for

SDR teams

One person triages replies from every rep’s LinkedIn and mailbox, then hands warm leads to the right AE.

Agencies

Manage replies for many client accounts without logging in and out of LinkedIn twenty times a day.

Founders

Answer LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp prospects from one tab between meetings.

FAQ

Unified sales inbox: questions and answers

Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.

Do I still see messages that weren’t sent by a campaign?

Yes. The inbox syncs every conversation from connected accounts, not only campaign messages.

Can my team share the inbox?

Yes. Everyone in a workspace sees the conversations of the workspace’s connected accounts.

Can I send voice notes from the inbox?

Yes. Attach an audio file and it is sent as a voice note on channels that support them.

What happens to the sequence when someone replies?

It stops immediately for that lead, on every channel.

Are LinkedIn company page messages included?

Yes. Messages to company pages your accounts manage are labelled and can be filtered separately.
