Tracking
Email open and click tracking that triggers the next touch, not just a chart
Every outreach email is tracked for opens and link clicks. Each event lands on the lead’s timeline and in your analytics, and wakes up any lead waiting on an “email opened?” or “link clicked?” condition, so the next step goes out while you’re still top of mind.

Overview
Signals are only useful if they change what happens next
Most cold email tools treat opens and clicks as reporting: a percentage on a dashboard you look at on Friday. By then the moment has passed. The prospect who clicked your case study on Tuesday morning was interested on Tuesday morning.
In ReachPods, opens and clicks are events the campaign flow reacts to. Put an email opened? or link clicked? condition after an email, choose how long it may wait, and connect the “yes” branch to whatever should happen next: a LinkedIn profile visit, an invitation, a WhatsApp message, a different follow-up.
Leads move on as soon as the event arrives, not when a nightly job runs. And every event is recorded on the lead’s timeline and in analytics, so reporting still works too.
Open and click events
Track email opens and link clicks on every outreach email
Each email is sent with open tracking and tracked links. When the prospect opens it or clicks a link, the event is recorded against that lead, that email and that campaign, visible on the lead’s timeline next to their LinkedIn and WhatsApp activity.
Replies are tracked too, and they do something stronger: they stop the lead’s sequence on every channel.

Trigger conditions
Use “email opened?” and “link clicked?” to branch your sequence
Conditions can wait: “link clicked within 3 days?” keeps the lead at that step until the click arrives or the window ends. When the event arrives, the lead moves on within moments; when the window ends, it takes the “no” branch.
Waits are measured on the campaign’s clock. Pause the campaign and every lead’s waiting window pauses with it.

Cross-channel plays
Turn an email click into a LinkedIn or WhatsApp touch
Because every channel lives in the same flow, a signal on one channel can trigger an action on another. They opened twice? Visit their LinkedIn profile today. They clicked the demo link? Send a WhatsApp in an hour. They never opened? Try a different subject in a new thread.

Open, click and reply rates per campaign, variant and mailbox
Analytics shows the funnel for each campaign, with A/B variants side by side and per-sender breakdowns, so you can tell a weak subject line from a weak mailbox.

FAQ
Email open and click tracking: questions and answers
Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.
Are opens and clicks tracked automatically?
Yes. Every outreach email is tracked for opens and link clicks.
Can an email click trigger a LinkedIn step?
Yes. Put a “link clicked?” condition after the email and connect its “yes” branch to any LinkedIn step.
How fast does a waiting lead move after an open?
Within moments. Waiting conditions are woken by the event itself, not by a periodic check.
Are open rates fully reliable?
No email open tracking is perfect, because some mail clients block or pre-load tracking images. Treat opens as a signal and clicks and replies as stronger ones.
Where do I see the events?
On each lead’s timeline, in campaign analytics and on the dashboard.
