What is WhatsApp outreach automation?
It’s software that sends personalised WhatsApp messages, voice notes and follow-ups to prospects on a schedule, from your own WhatsApp accounts, and stops when they reply.
What happens if a lead’s number isn’t on WhatsApp?
The number is checked before sending. If it isn’t on WhatsApp, the step is skipped and the lead continues through the flow, or you branch with the “number on WhatsApp?” condition.
How many WhatsApp messages can I send per day?
Each WhatsApp account defaults to 50 messages per day, with random gaps and working hours. Add more numbers to scale.
Can I send voice notes?
