Overview

Optimise with data, not with gut feeling

Outreach improves in small increments: a better invitation note, a shorter first message, a different day for the email fallback. You can only make those changes confidently if you can see what happened. ReachPods records every action as an activity, with its campaign, step, sender and A/B variant, and turns those activities into reports.

The workspace dashboard shows the big picture over the last days or weeks. Campaign reports show the detail: how many leads are active, waiting, replied or finished, how many sit on each step right now, what every sender did, and how each A/B variant performed.

Campaign reports

See every campaign step by step

Open a campaign to see its enrollments by status (active, waiting, replied, finished), the number of each action sent, and how many leads are currently on each step of the flow. That tells you where people drop off: if half the leads pile up on accepted within 7 days?, the invitation is the problem, not the follow-up.

Replies and acceptances are attributed to the campaign that caused them, even though they arrive later as webhooks, so acceptance and reply rates per campaign are accurate.

  • Enrollments by status
  • Actions sent per type
  • Leads currently on each step
  • Accurate reply and acceptance attribution

A/B tests

Settle the “which opener works” debate

Any message step can carry variants: invitation notes, messages, InMails, emails, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram messages, even comments. For each step and variant, the campaign report shows how many leads were sent that version and how many of them then replied, or accepted, for invitations.

Run two or three variants, wait for a meaningful sample, keep the winner and test the next idea. Compounded over a quarter, small wins in acceptance and reply rate are worth more than doubling volume.

Senders and ranges

Compare senders and periods in your timezone

Activity is broken down per sender, so you can see which LinkedIn account or mailbox is doing the work and which one is idle, warming up or paused by the circuit breaker.

Range reports cover any period you choose, in your own timezone, filtered by campaigns and accounts. Use them for weekly team reviews, client reports or comparing this month with last.

Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.

Which rates are tracked?

Invitation acceptance rate, reply rate across all message channels, and email open rate, plus raw counts for every action type.

How are A/B results measured?

For each variant: how many leads received it, how many of them then replied, and, for invitations, how many accepted.

Can I filter by date, campaign and account?

Yes. Range reports accept any date range and timezone, filtered by campaigns and accounts.

Are replies on other channels counted?

Yes. A reply on any channel counts toward the campaign’s reply rate.
