How does Social + Email pricing work?
You pay $39 a month for each account you connect: each LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram account, and each mailbox connected through Unipile. Every account gets every feature.
Are any features locked to higher plans?
No. Social + Email includes every feature on every account. Cold Email plans include every cold email feature and differ only by contacts and emails sent per month.
What is the difference between Social + Email and Cold Email?
Social + Email runs multichannel sequences on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and email, priced per connected account. Cold Email is for high-volume email campaigns across many mailboxes, priced by contacts stored and emails sent.
Can I add or remove accounts later?
Yes. Connect or disconnect accounts at any time and your bill changes with them. Cold Email plans can be upgraded or downgraded from Settings.
Are AI costs included?
AI generation uses a monthly AI budget that you set in the workspace settings. When the budget is reached, steps fall back to your templates.
