Sender rotation

Sender rotation: scale one campaign across every account you connect

Connect several LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes and messaging apps. Each campaign spreads new leads across the healthy ones, favouring whoever has the most budget left, and keeps every lead with the same sender so the conversation never splits.

Overview

Volume comes from more senders, not more pressure on one

Every LinkedIn account can safely send roughly 25 invitations a day. Every mailbox can send a few dozen emails a day before deliverability suffers. The only safe way to reach more people is to spread the work across more senders: teammates’ LinkedIn accounts, extra mailboxes, several WhatsApp numbers.

Doing that by hand means splitting lists, duplicating campaigns per person and hoping nobody contacts the same lead twice. ReachPods does it inside one campaign. You choose which accounts it may use; the rotation engine decides, lead by lead, who sends.

Rotation is built on the same safety engine as every action: per-account quotas, warm-up, working hours and pacing. A sender that’s busy, outside its hours or out of budget is simply skipped for now.

Smart rotation

Least busy first, weighted the way you want

When a new lead needs its first action on a channel, the rotation looks for the best sender. First, any sender already connected to that lead on LinkedIn. Then, accounts inside their working hours. Then, a weighted round-robin across accounts that have budget left today and no pacing wait.

Give a senior rep’s account weight 2 and a new account weight 1, and the senior one handles twice the volume. If a sender is pacing, the lead books a slot in its queue and waits its turn, instead of every lead hammering the same account at once.

  • Connected senders preferred
  • Working hours respected
  • Weighted round-robin by remaining budget
  • Fair FIFO slots on busy senders

Sticky senders

One lead, one sender, one conversation

Once a lead has a sender on a channel, every later step on that channel uses the same account. The invitation and the follow-up come from the same LinkedIn profile. The first email and the bump arrive in the same thread from the same mailbox.

LinkedIn connection state is stored per lead and per sender, so if two of your accounts both know a prospect, ReachPods always knows which one is connected, and messages go through that one.

  • Same account for every step on a channel
  • Per-sender LinkedIn connection tracking
  • No “who is this?” replies

Account recovery

Disconnected senders don’t lose leads

Accounts get disconnected: a password change, a security check, a session that expired. When that happens the sender’s leads are parked, not failed, and an accepted within 7 days? condition won’t answer “no” while the sender can’t see acceptances. Reconnect through the hosted sign-in and the parked leads wake up gradually over half an hour, with relations re-synced. Limits, warm-up progress, schedule and timezone are all kept.

If a sender stays down past the grace period (72 hours), is deleted, or is removed from the campaign, its email, WhatsApp and Instagram leads are reassigned to a healthy sender, with a fresh email thread. LinkedIn leads that were already invited from that account are stopped rather than invited twice; the rest are reassigned.

  • Leads parked, never failed
  • Gradual wake-up after reconnect
  • Reassignment after 72 hours
  • No double invitations on LinkedIn

How it works

Sender rotation: how it works in four steps

  1. 1

    Connect accounts

Add every LinkedIn account, mailbox and messaging app your team will send from.

  2. 2

    Set limits

Tune daily limits, warm-up, working hours and timezone per account.

  3. 3

    Pick the pool

In a campaign, choose which accounts it may use per channel and give each one a weight.

  4. 4

    Let it balance

New leads rotate across healthy senders automatically, and every conversation stays with one of them.

Who it’s for

Sender rotation: who it’s for

SDR teams

Run one campaign across five reps’ LinkedIn accounts instead of five copies of the same campaign.

Agencies

Combine several sender profiles per client and scale volume without overloading any of them.

Cold email at volume

Rotate across a pool of mailboxes on secondary domains while keeping each prospect in one thread.

FAQ

Sender rotation: questions and answers

Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.

How many accounts can I connect?

As many as you need. Each connected account, on any channel, is $39 a month. See pricing.

Can the same lead be contacted by two of my accounts?

Not on the same channel in the same campaign. Each lead sticks to one sender per channel.

What happens if a LinkedIn account gets disconnected?

Its leads are parked. When you reconnect, they resume gradually. If it stays down for 72 hours, leads on other channels are reassigned and LinkedIn leads already invited are stopped.

Can I give some accounts more volume than others?

Yes. Each account in a campaign has a weight; higher weights receive proportionally more new leads.

Do accounts in different timezones work together?

Yes. Each account has its own timezone and working hours, and its daily budget resets at its own local midnight.
