API & teams
An outreach API and team workspace to plug prospecting into your stack
Everything you can do in the app, you can do over the REST API with an API key: add a prospect to a campaign from your CRM, pause a lead, pull stats. Your team shares one workspace with its accounts, lists, campaigns and inbox.

Overview
Outreach shouldn’t live on an island
Your leads come from a CRM, a form, a product sign-up, an enrichment tool. Your reporting lives in a BI dashboard. Copying CSVs between them every morning is how leads fall through the cracks. The ReachPods API lets your other systems talk to it directly.
And outreach is rarely a one-person job. SDRs, founders, assistants and agency staff work the same campaigns and the same replies. A shared workspace keeps everyone on the same accounts, lists and inbox, with no shared passwords.
REST API
Every action in the app, over HTTP
The public API uses the same routes as the web app, so anything a logged-in user can do is scriptable: create and manage lead lists, add a single prospect to a campaign, start, pause or duplicate campaigns, pause or resume one lead, read the inbox, and pull analytics.
A typical integration is one call: when a deal reaches a certain stage in your CRM, POST /api/campaigns/:id/prospects with the contact’s name and LinkedIn URL. ReachPods creates or reuses the contact, checks the blacklist and enrolls them, and they start the sequence within minutes.
- Same routes and permissions as the app

API keys that are safe by design
Create named API keys in the settings, for example one per integration. A key acts as the user who created it, inside their workspace, and never has access to the platform admin area. Send it as an X-API-KEY header or as a bearer token.
Keys are shown once, when created. Only a SHA-256 hash and a short prefix are stored, so even a leaked database can’t be used to call the API. Each key is rate-limited to 300 requests per minute, and you can revoke it at any time.

- X-API-KEY or Bearer header
- Stored as SHA-256 hashes only
- 300 requests per minute per key
- Revoke anytime

Team workspace
One workspace for accounts, campaigns and replies
Invite teammates into your workspace. Everyone works with the same connected accounts, lead lists, campaigns, blacklist and unified inbox, so a reply to a campaign one person built can be answered by whoever is on duty.
Accounts connect through hosted sign-in, so nobody shares LinkedIn or email passwords. Each connected account is billed at $39 a month, so the workspace grows one account at a time.
- Shared accounts, lists, campaigns and inbox
- No shared passwords
- Capacity that grows with your plan
