Multiple numbers
Run outreach from multiple WhatsApp accounts without splitting your lists
Connect your team’s WhatsApp numbers to one workspace. One campaign rotates new leads across them by remaining daily budget, keeps every lead on the same number for the whole conversation, and recovers gracefully when a number goes offline.

Overview
Scale WhatsApp by adding numbers, not pressure
A single WhatsApp number should only send a modest, personal volume each day. To reach more people safely, spread the work across more numbers: one per salesperson, one per country, one per brand.
ReachPods runs that inside one campaign. Choose which WhatsApp accounts it may use, and the rotation sends each new lead’s first message from the number with the most budget left, inside its working hours. After that, the lead sticks to that number, so every follow-up and voice note comes from the same chat.
Each number keeps its own daily limit, working hours, timezone and pacing. If a number disconnects, its leads are parked until you reconnect it; if it stays down past the grace period, they’re reassigned to a healthy number.
Rotation
Rotate new leads across WhatsApp numbers by budget and weight
New leads go to the number with the most daily budget left, weighted by the share you give each one. A number that reached its limit, is outside its working hours or is pacing between messages is skipped for now.
- Remaining budget first
- Weights per number
- Working hours respected

Sticky numbers
One WhatsApp number per lead, one chat, never two
Once a lead has a WhatsApp sender, every later WhatsApp step uses it. The prospect sees one chat with one person, and replies come back to the number that started the conversation.
- Same number for every step
- Replies to the right number
- No duplicate chats

Recovery
Disconnected WhatsApp numbers don’t lose leads
Phones run out of battery, sessions expire. When a number disconnects, its leads are parked, not failed, and resume gradually after you reconnect. If it stays down past 72 hours, is deleted or removed from the campaign, its WhatsApp leads are reassigned to a healthy number.
- Leads parked on disconnect
- Gradual wake-up
- Reassigned after 72 hours

Per-number safety
Daily limits, pacing and working hours for every WhatsApp number
Each WhatsApp account defaults to 50 messages a day, with random 30 to 120 seconds between messages, inside its working hours and timezone. Quotas are per number and shared by all campaigns, so nothing can push a number past its limit.
- 50 messages / day
- 30–120 s random gaps
- Shared across campaigns
