Overview

What LinkedIn outreach automation should actually do

The best LinkedIn outreach doesn’t start with a pitch. It starts with a profile visit that shows up in their notifications, a follow, a thoughtful reaction to the post they published last week. By the time your connection request arrives, your name is familiar. That is how good SDRs work by hand, and it is exactly what ReachPods automates.

Every LinkedIn action is a step in the campaign builder: visit profile, follow, react to last post, comment, endorse skills, send invitation, send message, send InMail, withdraw invitation and message via group or event. Chain them in any order, wait for the invitation to be accepted, and only then send the message. Acceptance is tracked per sender, so when you run several LinkedIn accounts, the one the lead actually connected with is the one that follows up.

All of it runs through your own LinkedIn account, inside the limits LinkedIn tolerates: per-action daily caps, a weekly invitation cap, warm-up for new accounts, working hours in your timezone and random pauses between actions. When LinkedIn pushes back, the account pauses itself. See safe LinkedIn automation for every guardrail.

Around the sequence sit the tools that make LinkedIn prospecting work at scale: Sales Navigator imports, lead extraction from posts and events, a post scheduler to keep your profile alive, multiple-account management and a unified LinkedIn inbox.

LinkedIn features

Every LinkedIn automation feature, in one tool

Each feature has its own page with the details: how it works, the limits it respects and the plays that work best.

Connection request automation

Send connection requests that read like you wrote each one: a note with their name, company and something specific from their profile, spaced like a human, capped at safe daily limits, and tracked until they accept so the right follow-up goes out from the right account.

Learn more

Message & follow-up automation

Send the first message the moment a lead accepts, follow up based on whether they replied or even read it, attach files, voice notes or a personal video, and stop every remaining step the second they answer, on LinkedIn or any other channel.

Learn more

InMail automation

Reach people you aren’t connected to without waiting for an invitation. ReachPods checks each lead for an open profile, sends free InMails within LinkedIn’s monthly cap, only spends paid credits when you allow it, and skips gracefully when there’s nothing left.

Learn more

Profile visit automation

A profile visit is the softest touch on LinkedIn: the prospect sees your name in “who viewed your profile” and often looks back. ReachPods visits profiles at a human pace, reads each profile and employer page while it’s there, and uses what it learns to personalise and route the rest of the sequence.

Learn more

Engagement automation

Put yourself on a prospect’s radar without asking for anything. React to their latest post with any of LinkedIn’s six reactions, leave a comment that responds to what they actually wrote, endorse their top skills and follow them, spread over days, before your connection request arrives.

Learn more

Auto-withdraw invitations

Every unanswered connection request stays pending until someone cleans it up. ReachPods withdraws invitations automatically after the number of days you choose, lets a campaign withdraw an invitation as a step, and shows each account’s sent and received invitations in one place.

Learn more

Group & event messaging

LinkedIn lets members of the same group, and attendees of the same event, message each other directly. ReachPods imports the attendee list or group members and sends each of them a personal message through that shared space, with no connection request, no 300-character note and its own daily limits.

Learn more

Post scheduler

Every prospect you contact clicks on your profile. Keep it alive: write a week of LinkedIn posts in one sitting, choose whether each one goes out as you or as a company page you manage, spread the same post across your team’s accounts, and let ReachPods publish on time.

Learn more

Sales Navigator automation

Build the perfect search in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, paste the URL, and ReachPods imports the matching people in the background, filtered to the leads worth contacting, cleaned, enriched and enrolled straight into a multichannel campaign.

Learn more

Lead extraction

Paste a post URL and get everyone who commented or reacted. Pull an event’s attendees, a group’s members, the people who viewed your profile this week and your followers. Every list is deduplicated, blacklist-filtered and one click away from a campaign.

Learn more

Multiple LinkedIn accounts

Connect your team’s or your clients’ LinkedIn accounts to one workspace, organise them in groups, give each its own limits, warm-up and working hours, and run one campaign that rotates leads across the healthy ones, while every reply lands in one inbox.

Learn more

LinkedIn inbox management

Stop switching between LinkedIn tabs. Conversations from all your LinkedIn accounts, and the company pages they manage, sync into one real-time inbox where you can reply with text, files or voice notes, react, label, tag and archive, with the lead’s full history alongside.

Learn more

Voice & video messages

Record thirty seconds of your voice once. From then on, any LinkedIn message step can speak a script in your voice with the lead’s name and company in it, sent as a native LinkedIn voice message, and can carry a short video of your avatar greeting them personally.

Learn more

Connection requests

LinkedIn connection requests with a note, tracked until they’re accepted

Send connection requests with or without a personal note of up to 300 characters, personalised with variables, spintax or an AI-written opener. Every note is checked against LinkedIn’s limit before the campaign can start, so nothing is cut off mid-sentence.

After sending, the lead waits on an invitation accepted? condition for as long as you choose. Acceptances are picked up as they happen and double-checked a few times a day at random times. Stale invitations are withdrawn automatically after the number of days you set. Read more about connection request automation.

  • Notes up to 300 characters with variables and A/B variants
  • Acceptance tracked per sender account
  • Auto-withdraw stale invitations after N days
  • Accept or decline received invitations in-app

Messages and follow-ups

LinkedIn messages and follow-ups that stop the second they reply

When an invitation is accepted, the first message goes out from the same account that sent it. Follow-ups wait on replied? and message seen? conditions, so a lead who read your message gets a different nudge than one who never opened it.

Messages can carry files, a voice note, an AI voice note in your own voice or a personalised avatar video. The moment a reply arrives, on LinkedIn or any other channel, every remaining step is cancelled. See LinkedIn message automation.

  • First message from the sender they accepted
  • Replied? and message seen? branches
  • Files, voice notes and video
  • Stop-on-reply across every channel

Engagement

React, comment, endorse and follow before you send a connection request

React to last post with any of LinkedIn’s six reactions. Comment on last post with your own text or a smart AI comment that reacts to what they actually wrote. Endorse skills, follow and visit profile put you in their notifications without asking for anything.

Put two or three of these before an invitation and spread them across a few days. It costs nothing, it looks exactly like real interest, and acceptance rates follow. See LinkedIn engagement automation and profile visit automation.

InMail

LinkedIn InMail automation that never wastes a credit

The Send InMail step messages people you aren’t connected to. Before it sends, ReachPods checks whether the lead has an open profile: open profiles accept InMails for free, within LinkedIn’s monthly cap of 800. Free-only mode, on by default, never spends a paid credit.

When you do allow paid InMails, each account shows its remaining credit balance, and a sender with no credits left simply skips the step instead of failing the sequence. See LinkedIn InMail automation.

  • Open profile detection
  • Free-only mode on by default
  • Live credit balance per sender
  • Skipped gracefully when no credits remain

Groups and events

Message LinkedIn group members and event attendees without connecting

Members of the same LinkedIn group, and attendees of the same event, can message each other without being connected. The Message via group / event step uses exactly that: a relevant opener that skips the invitation queue entirely, with its own daily limits.

Import an event’s attendee list or a group’s members, then point a campaign at them. See group and event messaging.

  • No connection needed
  • Separate daily limits for group and event messages
  • Pairs with event and group lead imports

Scale safely

Run LinkedIn outreach across many accounts without risking any of them

Every LinkedIn account can safely send around 25 invitations a day. To reach more people, connect more accounts: teammates, founders, client profiles. One campaign rotates new leads across them, keeps every lead with one sender, and skips any account that is paused, outside its working hours or out of budget.

Group accounts by team or by client, watch each one’s health and budget, and answer all their conversations from one inbox. See managing multiple LinkedIn accounts.

  • Add as many accounts as you need
  • Sticky sender per lead
  • Per-account limits, warm-up and hours
  • Automatic pause on LinkedIn warnings

What’s included

What’s included in LinkedIn outreach automation

Visual LinkedIn sequences

Drag LinkedIn steps onto a canvas, add waits and yes/no conditions, and mix in email, WhatsApp or Instagram where it fits.

Per-sender connection tracking

Connection state is stored per lead and per account, so follow-ups always come from the account the lead knows.

AI personalisation

AI-written invitation notes, messages and comments that reference each prospect’s profile and latest post.

Lead imports

LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, post engagers, event attendees, group members, profile viewers, followers and CSV.

Safety engine

Daily and weekly quotas per action, warm-up, working hours, random pacing and an automatic circuit breaker.

Unified inbox

Every LinkedIn conversation from every account, plus email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram, in one real-time inbox.

How it works

LinkedIn outreach automation: how it works in four steps

  1. 1

    Connect LinkedIn

Sign in through the secure hosted connection. ReachPods never asks for your password in its own forms.

  2. 2

    Import prospects

Paste a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, upload a CSV, or pull post engagers, event attendees or group members.

  3. 3

    Build the sequence

Visit → follow → react → invite with a note → wait for acceptance → message. Add an email fallback for those who don’t accept.

  4. 4

    Let it run safely

Daily caps, warm-up, working hours and human pacing keep the account healthy while replies land in your inbox.

FAQ

LinkedIn outreach automation: questions and answers

Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.

What is LinkedIn outreach automation?

It is software that performs LinkedIn prospecting actions for you, such as profile visits, connection requests, messages, InMails and post engagement, on a schedule and with personalisation, so you can reach more prospects without doing every click by hand.

Is LinkedIn automation safe?

Automating LinkedIn is against LinkedIn’s User Agreement and always carries some risk. ReachPods keeps it as close to human behaviour as possible: about 25 invitations per day and 150 per week by default, a warm-up for new accounts, working hours, random pacing, and an automatic pause the moment LinkedIn pushes back.

Do I need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

No. Every step works on a regular LinkedIn account. Sales Navigator helps if you want to import leads from Sales Navigator searches with richer filters.

Can I run several LinkedIn accounts in one campaign?

Yes. Add several LinkedIn senders and new leads rotate between them. Each lead sticks to one account, so the invitation and the follow-up always come from the same person.

What happens if a lead never accepts my invitation?

The “invitation accepted?” condition takes its “no” branch when your waiting window ends. A typical flow then withdraws the invitation and sends an email instead.

Can I combine LinkedIn with email and WhatsApp?

Yes. The same campaign can mix LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram steps, and a reply on any channel stops the whole sequence.

Does it work with LinkedIn company pages?

You can publish posts as a company page you manage with the post scheduler, and messages sent to pages you manage are labelled in the inbox.
