AI emails

AI cold email personalization that reads every prospect’s profile first

Let the AI do the research you don’t have time for. For each lead it reads the LinkedIn profile, latest post and company details, then writes the email body for that one person, in their language, with your subject line, your offer and your template as the safety net.

Overview

Personalisation that’s more than {{first_name}}

“Hi {{first_name}}, I came across {{company}}” isn’t personalisation, and prospects know it. Real personalisation mentions the expansion their company announced, the post they wrote on Tuesday, the thing in their about section nobody else noticed. It works, and it takes ten minutes a lead.

ReachPods’s AI personalization does that research when the email step runs. It sees the lead’s headline, role, about section, recent activity, company industry and size, plus every field you imported and what earlier steps already said. It also knows your company context, how you introduce yourself and the tone you prefer. Then it writes a short, plain-text email body for that lead.

You keep control of the frame: the subject line comes from your template (with variables, spintax and A/B variants), and if anything goes wrong (a timeout, an empty profile, the monthly budget reached) the step quietly sends your template instead.

AI-written emails

AI-written cold emails, one per lead, in their language

Turn on AI for an email step and add instructions if you like (“mention their latest post”, “keep it under 80 words”). Each lead gets their own body: three to five short sentences, one clear low-friction call to action, signed with your first name.

Language can be fixed or set to auto, which writes in the language of the prospect’s profile. One campaign can email Berlin in German and Madrid in Spanish.

  • Body written per lead at send time
  • Your instructions per step
  • Auto language detection
  • Tone: friendly, professional, casual or direct

AI variables

Keep your template and add one AI-written line

Prefer your own words? Use an AI variable such as {{ai.icebreaker}} in your subject or body. It’s generated once per lead and step from a prompt you define, then reused for retries, so you never pay twice.

Add a fallback with a pipe, {{ai.icebreaker|your recent work}}, so leads with thin profiles still get a sentence that reads naturally.

FAQ

AI cold email personalization: questions and answers

Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.

Does the AI write the subject line?

No. The AI writes the email body; the subject comes from your template, where you can use variables, spintax, AI variables and A/B variants.

What does the AI know about each lead?

Their LinkedIn headline, role, about section, recent activity and company details when available, plus imported fields and earlier messages in the sequence.

What if a profile is empty?

The AI is told to stay generic rather than invent details. If generation fails, your template is sent instead.

Can I approve AI emails before they go out?

Yes. Enable review on the step and AI emails wait for approval, edits or a skip.

How much does it cost?

AI generation uses your workspace’s monthly AI budget, which you set. When it’s reached, steps fall back to templates.
